- An unboxing video is required for the return request to be approved. This video should clearly show the condition of the product upon receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

- Timeframe: Refunds will be reflected in your bank account within 7 to 15 working days after the product is received and checked by our team.
- Exchanges Policy
- Exchange Window: Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange Requirements:
- An unboxing video is necessary for the exchange request to be approved.

- Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be charged for exchanges.
- Cancellations Policy
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched.
- Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Frequent Cancellations: Please note that frequent cancellations may lead to the permanent blocking of your account from our store.
- Non-Returnable Items
